Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. During peak periods, including promotions and holidays, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays.

- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before tax)
- $9.95 CAD standard shipping for orders under $100 CAD (before tax)
United States
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 USD (before tax)
- $19.99 USD standard shipping for orders under $150 USD (before tax)
International Orders
At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
Taxes & Customs
Applicable sales taxes, GST, and customs fees (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that customs processing times and fees are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance processes
- Carrier delays
- Statutory holidays
- Force majeure events
Signature Cosmetic Clinic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate and complete shipping information is provided at checkout.
- Signature Cosmetic Clinic is not liable for:
- Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Undeliverable shipments
- Packages returned to sender
If reshipping is required, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but is not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Upon request, we may assist in contacting the carrier or submitting a claim; however:
- Signature Cosmetic Clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the carrier formally confirms the package was lost due to their error
- All resolutions are subject to the carrier’s official investigation outcome.
