Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping terms:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–9 business days before shipment. During peak periods, including promotions and holidays, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays.
Shipping Options & Signature Confirmation
We offer both standard shipping and signature-required delivery options at checkout.
Orders valued at $250 CAD (before tax) or more will automatically include signature confirmation at no additional cost. For orders below this threshold, customers may choose to add signature confirmation at checkout.
If a non-signature shipping option is selected, the package may be left unattended at the delivery address (e.g., front door, lobby, or mailbox).
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. For shipments without signature confirmation, the customer assumes the risk of loss or theft after delivery.
Signature Cosmetic Clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking around your property or delivery area
- Contacting household members, neighbors, or building management
- Reaching out to the carrier for additional delivery details
If a package appears lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us within 7 business days so we can assist in initiating a carrier investigation. Claim processing timelines are determined by the carrier and may take several weeks.
While we are unable to guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered without signature, we may review such cases at our discretion.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
Signature Cosmetic Clinic is not liable for:
- Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Undeliverable shipments
- Packages returned to sender
If reshipment is required, additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Fees
Canada
- Free standard shipping (no signature) on orders over $100 CAD (before tax)
- $9.95 CAD standard shipping (no signature) for orders under $100 CAD (before tax)
- Express shipping is available, with an additional 30% handling fee applied
United States
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before tax)
- $19.95 CAD standard shipping for orders under $150 CAD (before tax)
International Orders
At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
Taxes & Customs
Applicable sales taxes, GST, and customs fees (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that customs processing times and fees are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance processes
- Carrier delays
- Statutory holidays
- Force majeure events
