Return Policy

 

Return & Exchanges:

At Signature Cosmetic Clinic, we promise to do our best to meet your satisfaction. All unopened and sealed products can be returned and exchanged within 60 days of purchase.

All products opened, unsealed, or used products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons, unless an allergic reaction is reported. See allergic reactions section below.

To start a return or exchange, please email shop@signaturemedispa.com with your name, order number, phone number and items to be return/exchange. Return postage will be responsible by the customer him/herself or drop off at our office location during office hours. Exchanged products postage will be sent out at no additional cost.

 

Allergic reactions:

We understand that certain products do not always agree with every skin type. Signature Cosmetic Clinic will refund or credit the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. Signature Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to request a doctor letter or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

 

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.
