  • Your friend receives $30 OFF their first order.  
  • You’ll receive your $30 OFF reward after your friend completes their first purchase. 

Reward points are calculated on the total before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

 

How to Redeem Your Reward Points

1. Log In to your member account.

2. Open the Rewards panel and select the amount of points you wish to spend.

3. Click Redeem.

4. Copy the code or click “Apply Code” to automatically add the discount to your checkout! Reward points cannot be used toward shipping fees or taxes.

FAQs

1. Do Reward Points Expire?
No. Your reward points never expire, so you may redeem them whenever you are ready.

2. Can I transfer or sell my reward points?
No. Reward points are personal and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged. 

3. Do reward points have a cash value?
Reward points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for physical cash.

4. Where can I earn and redeem reward points?
Reward points can only be earned and redeemed at the Signature Cosmetic Clinic online store. 

5. Can I earn points on sale or discounted items?
Yes. Reward points are earned on eligible purchases after discounts are applied and before taxes.

6. What happens if I return or cancel an order?
If an order is returned or cancelled, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. Redeemed points will not be refunded. 

7. When will my points appear in my account?
Points are typically added to your account once the order is successfully completed.

8. What happens if I forget to log in when placing an order?
Points can only be earned on purchases made while logged into your registered account.
